Terra Natura Murcia opens new farm school 'La Granja de Tommy'
Discover the new educational space for children at Murcia’s favourite zoo and park
This weekend, on Saturday April 5 and Sunday 6, Terra Natura zoo and park invites you to the grand opening of La Granja de Tommy, or ‘Tommy’s Farm’, a brand-new educational and interactive space within the park that has been created with love to allow children to learn to reconnect with nature and share precious moments with their family.The idea is to allow children of all ages – from 0 to 99! – to enjoy a different kind of day, surrounded by animals, fresh air and fun activities, “perfect for families, groups of friends and anyone who loves the simple life”.
The grand opening weekend also has crafts, ideal for children and adults to explore their creativity with creative materials and lots of imagination, as well as an artisan bread workshop where children and families can learn to make their own bread with the help of expert guides.
La Granja de Tommy is located next to Terra Natura’s island area, and will be open from 11am to 2.30pm (the park is open from 10am to 7pm).
Tickets can be purchased online in advance on the Terra Natura website, or at the ticket office on the day of your visit.
