Taquilla Tickets has a brilliant spring line-up of trips and days out across Spain this April and May

Taquilla Tickets has put together a really varied spring schedule that covers everything from snowy mountain adventures to lazy market mornings and a few surprises in between.
The family-run company has been organising accessible, exciting days out for the English-speaking community across the Region of Murcia for more than seven years, and every trip comes with a member of their team on board and full public liability insurance included.
Easter buses to Puerto de Mazarrón – Friday April 3 & Saturday April 4
Kicking things off over Easter, Taquilla Tickets is running coach services to Puerto de Mazarrón on two separate days, picking up from
Condado, Camposol A and
Camposol B.
The Friday daytime service runs from 10am to 5pm and the Saturday evening run goes from 6pm to 11pm.
Both services cost €15 for adults and €12.50 for children aged 3 to 12, with under 3s travelling free.
Please note that times are subject to change depending on how many pick ups / drop offs are required.
Elche & the Moroccan Tea Rooms – Thursday April 23
This one is a real two-for-one. The morning is spent in Elche, exploring the town's extraordinary palm groves and historic basilica before the group heads on to a stunning Moorish-era villa housing one of the most beautiful Moroccan tea rooms on the coast. Hidden behind wrought iron gates, the gardens are filled with bougainvillea, ornate fountains and pottery, and it really does feel like stepping into another world entirely.
Adults pay €40, or €37 for T&G Club members, with everything included from coach travel and transfers to entrance fees.
Sierra Nevada day trip – Monday April 27
One of the most spectacular trips in the spring calendar, this day out takes you up to the snow-covered Sierra Nevada where you can ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain, warm up with a hot chocolate, try the slopes or simply take in the extraordinary views.
It's surprisingly sunny up there too, as the snow reflects the sunlight beautifully.
Adults pay €50, children aged 4 to 12 pay €40 and T&G Club members pay €47.50.
Alhama market – Tuesday April 28
A more relaxed option to round off April, with
a return coach trip to Alhama de Murcia on market day. Stalls sell everything from fresh produce and flowers to clothes, shoes and toys, and there's plenty of time to stop for a coffee or a bite to eat before heading back.
Adults pay €15, club members €13.50 and Condado residents can claim a special council-subsidised rate of just €8 on production of their TIE card.
San Javier Airshow – Sunday May 3
May gets off to a spectacular start with a day trip to one of the most popular air displays in Spain. The highlight is the famous beach display at around 11am featuring the Patrulla Águila aerobatic team, with Spain's helicopter display team Patrulla Aspa also due to take part.
Pack a picnic and plenty of sunscreen.
Adults pay €18, children aged 4 to 12 pay €15 and T&G Club members pay €15.
Beekeeping experience with wine tasting – Monday May 11
Limited to just 40 people, this is one for the diary. After suiting up and getting up close with the bees, you'll tour the workroom and taste organic honey before heading to an olive grove setting for four wines with tapas.
It's a really special day out which means that places will go quickly.
Adults pay €79 and T&G Club members pay €77.50.
Oasys Mini Hollywood – Thursday May 14
Featured on Michael Portillo's Spain series, Oasys Mini Hollywood is the famous spaghetti western theme park in Almería where films including A Fistful of Dollars were shot. The day includes all shows, museum entry and the wildlife park, with an optional buffet lunch available.

Butterfly farm & lunch in Níjar – Thursday May 21
Rounding off the spring schedule is a trip that started life as a mystery tour in 2025 and proved so popular it's now a fixture. The morning is spent at a beautiful butterfly farm near Níjar, where hundreds of butterflies fly freely around you among flowers and fruit, before the group heads into the village itself for a three-course menu del día facing the sea.
Adults pay €68, children aged 4 to 12 pay €50 and T&G Club members pay €65.
