Free beach fitness sessions in Santiago de la Ribera and La Manga!

Full details have now been published of the municipal sports activities in San Javier for the summer of 2026, with a variety of attractive options open to all in San Javier, Santiago de La Ribera and La Manga del Mar Menor.

In total over 800 `laces are available for 45 activities, 22 of them for young people and the remainder for adults.

The summer swimming pool will be open from 6^th June to 6^th September and many other sessions are being held at the municipal sports centre in San Javier. The range includes dance, water sports, tennis, padel, TRX, weightlifting and body building, aquagym, swimming, pilates, indoor cycling, TRX, bootcam, bodyfitness and synergy, while in La Manga there is also football and free beach fitness on Playa Mistral on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8.00 to 9.00 and at Playa Veneciola on Thusdays and Thursdays at the same time.

In Santiago de la Ribera, the same activity is being held on Playa Barnuevo every weekday from 7.45 to 8.45 and on Explanada Barnuevo from Monday to Thursday between 19.30 and 20.30.
