Skip the airport run and enjoy your last day in the sun thanks to Airport Buses
Let Airport Buses take care of transfers to and from Murcia International Airport so you can spend more time with friends and family
There's something a little bittersweet about the last day of a holiday. The sun's still shining, you've got one final chance to enjoy that view with a coffee, and then someone has to go and ruin it all by driving to the airport. If that sounds familiar,
Airport Buses S.L.U. might just be the answer.
The service runs daily transfers
to and from Murcia International Airport across three routes, covering a wide stretch of coastline and connecting passengers to their destinations quickly, comfortably and at a price that won't sting. Fares start from just €8.99 per person, and children travel at a 50% discount, making it a real family-friendly option.
For anyone with friends or family flying into Murcia, booking them onto an Airport Buses transfer means no early starts, no motorway stress and no wasted day. Your guests get dropped off, you get to enjoy your time together right up until it matters, and nobody has to sacrifice an afternoon to the AP-7.
Booking is simple and takes just a few minutes online. Head to the Airport Buses S.L.U. website,
choose your pickup point and destination from the drop-down menu, select your travel date and number of passengers, and pay. A confirmation email comes through straight away.

Bookings can be made up to 2pm CET the day before travel, and the website has detailed route maps showing every collection and drop-off point so you can check exactly where your nearest stop is.
The service has been running since May 2025 and has already built up a strong reputation for friendly, English-speaking staff and prompt, comfortable transfers. But it's during difficult moments that a company's true colours really show, and Airport Buses had one of those moments at the tail-end of March.
Strong winds over Murcia caused several incoming flights to be diverted, with the Manchester service redirected to Almeria and the Glasgow flight sent to Malaga. Passengers who should have landed at 11.45 and 12.25 respectively didn't arrive back at Murcia until between 5pm and 10pm, with some coaches not completing their runs until the early hours of the morning.
Despite the chaos, the Airport Buses team reorganised schedules on the fly throughout the day, kept passengers informed and made sure that everyone got where they needed to be.
Gaynor McKechan was among the passengers caught up in the disruption. He said the company went above and beyond when his flight was diverted to Malaga, keeping him updated throughout the day and making sure he had a transfer regardless of the delays.
"What a fantastic service to have on our doorstep," he wrote afterwards. "Highly, highly recommend."
Fellow passenger Jim Lappin, also diverted to Malaga, was equally grateful.
"They certainly went above and beyond," he said. "So grateful, a big thank you to all the staff."

A third passenger on the Glasgow flight added that she was "truly grateful" for being picked up hours after her original arrival time, calling it "truly brilliant service."
With summer just around the corner, it's worth getting your transfer booked sooner rather than later so that you or your guests can sit back, relax and simply enjoy the journey.
You can check routes, stops and flight schedules easily at airportbus.es or find them on Facebook. It’s never been easier or more affordable to travel to the coast. Book your transfer today and enjoy a smooth start to your trip.
