Showers early on before a dry, sunny finish: Murcia weather forecast August 31-September 3
Rain and possible thunderstorms are still on the cards early in the week before skies brighten up across the Region of Murcia
Weather outlook on Tuesday morning, September 1
It's been an up and down few days weather-wise across the Region of Murcia, and after all that suspended dust settled over the weekend, plenty of people have probably spent the last couple of days scrubbing their cars and patios clean. The good news is that things should start to calm down as the week goes on.
Monday August 31
Skies will be partly cloudy, with some low cloud drifting in along the coast. Temperatures will stay much the same as the day before. Winds will be light and from the southeast, occasionally picking up to moderate further inland.
Tuesday September 1
Cloudier conditions are expected, with a chance of showers that could bring thunderstorms and even mudslides in places, before clearing up in the afternoon. There'll also be more dust hanging in the air. Minimum temperatures will stay much the same or rise slightly, more noticeably in the southeast of the Region, while maximums will drop inland and change little along the coast. Winds will be light and variable, turning easterly in the afternoon and picking up to moderate along the coast.
Wednesday September 2
Expect partly cloudy skies, with low cloud dominating the morning and higher cloud moving in during the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will rise, while minimums stay about the same. Winds will be light and variable, becoming moderate and easterly later in the day.
Thursday September 3
Mostly clear skies are forecast, aside from some low cloud in the Campo de Cartagena during the morning and a bit of cloud building in the Northwest by the afternoon. Temperatures will climb, staying much the same in some spots. Winds will be light and variable, turning moderate and easterly in the afternoon.
