September 26 El Pantorrillas live in concert in Caravaca de la Cruz
Folk and flamenco-based music at the Teatro Thuillier in Caravaca
Murcia-based folk and flamenco musician El Pantorrillas presents his latest selection “Palomo Cojo”, in which he revisits traditional music and overlays it with more contemporary sensibilities, following inspiration from the “Trilogía del olvido” by Jan J. Martí.
This latest album blends genres such as malagueñas, parrandas and jotas with newer coplas, reflecting some of the life experiences of the artist (real name Miguel Ángel Montesinos).
This concert at the Teatro Thuillier in Caravaca de la Cruz begins at 20.00, with admission priced at 5 euros. Tickets will become available online here and can also be purchased at the box office from 90 minutes before the show.
For more local news, events and visiting information contact the local tourist office (telephone 968 702424) or go to the home page of Caravaca Today.
