Seguro Parking: The smarter, cheaper way to park at Alicante and Murcia airports
A meet-and-greet service, complimentary car wash and prices up to 90% cheaper than airport parking at Corvera and Alicante-Elche
For regular fliers, airport parking can be one of the more stressful parts of the whole experience, not to mention one of the most expensive. Seguro Parking has been offering a smarter alternative since 2008, with a personal meet-and-greet service at both Alicante and Murcia airports that takes the stress out of the whole thing and costs considerably less than leaving your car in the official airport car park.
Depending on how long you're travelling for, prices can be anywhere from a third to a tenth of what you'd pay for standard airport parking, and every booking includes a complimentary car wash when your vehicle is returned to you.
There's no minibus transfer, no unloading and reloading luggage and no waiting around. You hand over your keys, walk straight into departures and your car is waiting for you when you land.
Parking facilities at both Murcia International Airport and Alicante-Elche are secured 24 hours a day and fully insured through Pymes Zürich and Allianz, two of Spain's largest insurers, covering everything from the moment you hand over your keys to the moment you get them back.Bookings can be made online with confirmation arriving within 30 seconds, or by calling 622 062 115 or emailing info@seguroparking.com. Seguro Parking recommends giving at least 48 hours notice where possible.
There's also a handy dual airport option for those whose travel plans take them in and out of different airports, allowing you to drop your car at one and collect it from the other.
At Murcia International Airport (Corvera)
On departure, park in the public car park following signs for "P PÚBLICO" and head to C Block as close to the left hand side of the arrivals entrance as possible. Seguro Parking staff, identifiable by their purple shirts or coats, will be waiting between the car park and the arrivals doors. They'll take your parking ticket, note your bay number and collect your keys.
On your return, they'll meet you inside the arrivals terminal with your keys and a parking ticket to exit, the fee for which is always under €2.
At Alicante Airport
Follow signs for parking and take one of the two right hand barriers, driving up to the fifth floor. Turn right and park as close to the far right corner as possible, where the team will be waiting.
When you arrive back, head from the arrivals hall to level one parking, cross the bridge to level four, go up to level five and you'll find the team in purple in the same corner where you dropped off.
