Murcia weather forecast, Wednesday February 4
It’s forecast to be a very wet week ahead for the Region of Murcia, with rain expected every single day of the week, according to Spain’s State Meteorological Agency (Aemet). Good news for farmers and for filling up those reservoirs ahead of the long summer drought, but not exactly the ideal weather we’ve moved to the south of Spain for.
Monday February 2
Murcia weather warnings, Monday February 2The week starts off on a windy note reminiscent of last week’s windy weather, but to a far lesser degree. Still, the coastal areas of Murcia, as well as the far northwestern mountains, are on yellow alert for strong winds, especially in the afternoon.
The rain on Monday, meanwhile, should mainly be limited to the western half of the Region, but it will be pretty cloudy and grey all over.

Murcia weather forecast, Tuesday February 3Tuesday morning is supposed to be quite nice and sunny, if a little colder than the previous few days, but by the afternoon a storm front sweeps down into Murcia from the rest of mainland Spain, bringing thunderstorms to the northwest of the Region and drizzly rain that will last all night and into Wednesday…

Murcia weather forecast, Wednesday February 4…and then on Wednesday it will rain hard all day long without pause, in every corner of the Region of Murcia. Not a day to go out, if you can at all avoid it.

Murcia minimum and maximum temperatures, Thursday February 5The rain is forecast to continue on Thursday, but will gradually ease off over the course of the day until some sunshine breaks through the clouds by the afternoon. It will also be a lot warmer on Thursday, with minimums rising to 10-14ºC and maximums of 22-26ºC in most central and coastal parts of Murcia, and 18-20ºC in the far north and northwest.
