October 25 Comedy to open the 2025 Paco Rabal Amateur Dramatics Festival in Águilas

This year’s Paco Rabal Amateur Dramatics Festival in Águilas, named after one of the town’s most famous and best-loved sons, begins on Saturday 25th October with a performance of the comedy Servicio de Habitaciones, written by Benjamín López.
The comedy action is set in a hotel run by Miss Chichí Rivera and Norberto, and features the establishment being converted into a metro carriage, a transvestite show and a funeral.
The performance at the Auditiorio Infanta Doña Elena begins at 20.30 with tickets priced at 8 euros and available online here or direct from the Museo Arqueológico and the Casa de la Cultura. Season tickets for all five productions featured in the festival can be purchased for 35 euros.
