October 25 and 26 Trofeo Centenario regatta in Santiago de la Ribera
San Javier hosts another day of fine sailing on the waters of the Mar Menor
The seaside town of Santiago de la Ribera in San Javier is once again holding its annual “Trofeo Centenario“ regatta, this being the 7th time the event has taken place, organized by the Sailing Federation of the Region of Murcia and featuring racers in Class ILCA 4 and ILCA 6.
The regatta office opens on the Saturday from 10.00 to 12.00 and on Sunday, the day of the racing, from 12.00 to 17.00. There are six races in the event, all of them requiring great skill in order to negotiate the tricky winds over this part of the Mar Menor.
Registration for the Racing is open until 20th October.
