October 19 Traditional produce market in Águilas
Artisans and draftsmen from all over Murcia congregate in the Plaza de España in Águilas
The Plaza de España (or “Glorieta”) in Águilas welcomes back the traditional Local Produce market on Sunday 19th October, organized by the Asociación Tradición y Folklore de Águilas in collaboration with the Culture department of the Town Hall.
The aim of the event is to bring together some of the finest artisans and craftsman from the Region of Murcia and neighbouring province of Almería, according to promoter Félix Cano, who explains that the market stalls will be open from 9.00 to 15.00 and that a clay modelling workshop for children is to be held between 10.00 and 14.00.
