Folk and flamenco-based music at the Teatro Cine Velasco in Alhama de Murcia
Murcia-based folk and flamenco musician El Pantorrillas presents his latest selection “Palomo Cojo”, in which he revisits traditional music and overlays it with more contemporary sensibilities, following inspiration from the “Trilogía del olvido” by Jan J. Martí.
This latest album blends genres such as malagueñas, parrandas and jotas with newer coplas, reflecting some of the life experiences of the artist (real name Miguel Ángel Montesinos).
This concert in Alhama de Murcia begins at 20.00 at the Teatro Cine Velsaco, with admission priced at 5 euros.
