Guidelines for submitting articles to San Javier Today

San Javier Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on San Javier Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:
Send an email to editor@spaintodayonline.com or contact@murciatoday.com
Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb

November 15 Charity concert by the music corps of the Spanish foreign legion
Enjoy an evening of music and contribute funds to Rett Syndrome sufferers and their families
The musical corps of the “Rey Alfonso XIII” brigade of the Spanish foreign legion, based in Viator in the province of Almería, is offering this concert at the Teatro Cine Velasco in Alhama de Murcia on 15th November to raise funds for the "Mi Princesa Rett" charity, run by the Hermandad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores y de la Soledad to riase funds for sufferers of Rett Syndrome.
On the programme is a mix of music to please all tastes, including pasodobles, marches and parts of the “zarzuela” light operas which were especially popular in Spain in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Tickets will be available for just 5 euros on the door.
