November 14 to December 7 Fiestas tapas route in San Javier
25 hostelries offering top bar snacks and a drink throughout the municipality of San Javier
Coinciding with the annual fiestas in San Javier the associated tapas route begins on Friday 14th November, lasting right through until 7th December and with as many as 25 local bars and restaurants joining the event in its 17th edition.
According to Councillor Isabel Madrid this is the most eagerly awaited gastronomic event of the year in the municipality, and this time round the set price in all establishments is 4 euros (including a drink). As has been the case in previous editions, members of the public can vote for their favourite tapa, and on this occasion full details can be found on the San Javier Activa app by clicking the “Info Tapa” tab. It is also possible to scan the QR code and enter the prize draw for voters.
As well as the typical savoury snacks there are also sweets and even cocktails, ranging from a truffle parmentier to a “Monastrellissimo” wine (at Vinissimo).
