November 12 The Four Seasons by Vivaldi in a free concert in San Javier
Antonio García Egea and the Ensemble Meyerbeer quintet at the Town Hall of San Javier
The 2026 Fall Music Fest of San Javier continues on Thursday 12th November with a free concert given by violinist Antonio García Egea, from Murcia, and the Ensemble Meyerbeer quintet, performing Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” on the ground floor of the Town Hall (admission free of charge).
Composed approximately 300 years ago, the Four Seasons is the best known of Vivaldi's works, due mainly to the catchy tunes and the evocative nature of the musical expression, At the time, though, the collection was something of a revolution in classical music, as Vivaldi attempted to depict rural scenes and the changing of the seasons in musical form.
The concert begins at 20.30 and admission is free of charge.
