To start the proceedings, there was an open invitation for all local children to join in after school and inscribe their Christmas wish on a Christmas bauble then add it to the decorations on the Camposol Sector B Community Christmas Tree.
The Camposol Sector B Community Christmas Tree is in its usual place outside the Compusurf Office, Camposol B Sector Commercial Centre and on Friday, December 6 at 6pm, at the invitation of the President of the Camposol Business Association, the Mazarrón Councillor for Camposol, Carmen Navarro turned on the Christmas lights.
The councillor was accompanied by Mazarrón Deputy Mayor, Jesús García and Councillor for Sport, María Isabel Carrillo.
During the occasion the councillor for sport presented Paul Cassidy and Michelle Goodman of the Camposol Walking Football Club with a plaque. The award was in recognition of the work that Camposol WFC had done to promote sport in the community.
