

Guidelines for submitting articles to San Javier Today
Hello, and thank you for choosing sanjavier.today to publicise your organisation’s info or event.
San Javier Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.
When submitting text to be included on San Javier Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:
Send an email to editor@spaintodayonline.com or contact@murciatoday.com
Attach the information in a Word Document or Google Doc
Include all relevant points, including:
Who is the organisation running the event?
Where is it happening?
When?
How much does it cost?
Is it necessary to book beforehand, or can people just show up on the day?
…but try not to exceed 300 words
Also attach a photo to illustrate your article, no more than 100kb
May 8 Eurovision appetizer with young local singers in Yecla
¿Sabes quién soy? features aspiring young singers from Yecla imitating Eurovision participants from the past
The 2025 edition of Eurovision is fast approaching and in Yecla there’s a chance to get in the mood on Thursday 8th May, when students at the local music school give a concert entitled “¿Sabes quién soy?” at the Escuela de Música in Calle de España, 12.
The concert begins at 20.00 and features young singers imitating Eurovision participants from the past, the stars for the night being Marian Azorín, Daniel Ortiz, Nuria Pérez, Víctor Sánchez, Antonio Pérez, Laura Juan, Lucía Soriano, Rubén Lorenzo, Inma Carpena and Conchi Silvestre.
Admission is free of charge but space is limited, so prior reservations should be made beforehand on 968 752485 or by ema il to administración@amigosmusica.com (weekdays 16.30 to 20.30).
