May 26 and 27 Spring butterfly evenings at Lorca castle!
Lorca castle hosts a combination of lepidopterology and music
Every spring the hill on which the castle stands above the city of Lorca welcomes an outburst of butterfly life as the insects enter the last and most spectacular phase of their lives, and this year special “Butterfly Oasis” days are being held on 26th and 27th May.
At the same time, concerts are being held inside the castle within the “Lorca Suena: Música y naturaleza” cycle, combining a fascinating learning experience in the field of lepidopterology and musical entertainment. The events take place between 18.30 and 19.30 and tickets are available online here at a price of 7 euros (free for under-12s).
Please note a minimum of 14 participants is required in order for the visits to go ahead.
