May 22 Gastronomy Fridays returns to Lorca

Traditional local produce in an evening full of flavour and culture at the Casa del Artesano in Lorca

The occasional series of gastronomic events at the Casa del Artesano in the heart of Lorca returns on Friday 22^nd May with an evening full of flavour, tradition and culture, during which those attending can enjoy a sumptuous selection of traditional home-made products.

Among such delicacies are various pickled fruit and veg, the local “crespillo” crackers, numerous sweet and savoury dishes, snails, processed meats, cheeses, cakes and millefeuilles pastries, all accompanied by a selection of wines from Bodegas Contreras. Live musical entertainment is provided by the local Singer “Moli May” (María Molina).

Places for the evening are limited to 70 with a price for hungry diners of 20 euros, and prior bookings should be made by telephone on 968 320898.
