Celtas Cortos first came to the attention of the Spanish public in 1987, having been formed a y ear earlier, and are one of the most successful Spanish pop/rock groups of all time, having sold over two million records during their career- They specialize in “Celtic rock”, reflecting the influence of ancient Celtic traditions on music in the north of the country.
They are now celebrating their 40th anniversary with a nationwide tour and are playing in Alhama after the traditional “Corremayos” events earlier in the day as the town celebrates its annual May fiestas.
