May 18 Free hike to discover the treasures of the peaks of Sierra Espuña
See protected species of flora and fauna in the heights of Sierra Espuña
This free 7-kilometre hike in the mountains of Sierra Espuña includes explanations of some of the less well-known treasures of the highest peaks in the range, including some plants and animals which are difficult to find outside the Regional Park and which hold protected status throughout Europe.
The walk begins at 9.00 and is expected to finish at approximately 14.00 and although the activity is free of charge prior registration is required online here from May 3 at 9.30. The route is not recommended for children aged under 12, and of course appropriate mountain hiking footwear is necessary.
