San Javier Today is a website set up by Murcia Today specifically for residents of the urbanisation in Southwest Murcia, providing news and information on what’s happening in the local area, which is the largest English-speaking expat area in the Region of Murcia.

When submitting text to be included on San Javier Today, please abide by the following guidelines so we can upload your article as swiftly as possible:

March 14 Abba tribute in Torre Pacheco“Eternamente Abba” is a symphonic pop show celebrating one of the most iconic bands in the history of popular music. Featuring the voices of Laia Benaches, Kevin Coll and Aisha Bordas accompanied by the musicians of the Unión Musical de Torre Pacheco.

During the show they perform timeless hits including “Mamma Mia”, “Dancing Queen”, “Waterloo”, “Fernando”, “Gimme Gimme Gimme” and “Chiquitita”, and the music is complimented by a spectacular audiovisual display showing reports, images and excerpts from documentaries as they trace the history and artistic legacy of Abba. The result is a moving, dynamic and exciting spectacle, lasting over two hours and definitely a great evening out for all the family.

The show at the CAES centre in Torre Pacheco begins at 20.30 with tickets priced at 15 euros and available online here. Special discounts may be applicable if purchasing direct from the ticket office of the CAES.
