The Murcia zoo and park has several options for both adults and children this weekend in celebration of the 20th birthday of Brisa the Iberian lynx
This weekend, on Saturday March 29 and Sunday 30, Terra Natura zoo and park in Murcia city is celebrating the 20th birthday of Brisa the Iberian lynx!A “symbol of conservation and love for nature,” Brisa’s birthday is the perfect opportunity for the park to celebrate with two options for either family fun activities or a meaty meal deal.
Option 1: Family fun with activities and free menu at the zoo
Enjoy themed and educational activities all day long, totally free with your ticket!
On either the Saturday or the Sunday, from 12pm to 4pm, you can enjoy lynx-themed facepainting and other games in the Plaza de los Leones, plus lynx-themed children’s arts and crafts in the Wetland area of the park.
This option comes with a free meal deal of a snack bag + hamburger/hot dog/veggie option + 1 drink + ice cream.
Tickets cost €19 for adults and €15 for children and senior citizens.
Option 2: Carnivore gastronomic experience + entrance to the zoo
Enjoy a special anniversary menu in the Restaurante Carnivore restaurant, including free entrance to the zoo in the afternoon.
Adult menu:
Seafood tartlet + assortment of Iberian cured meats and cheese + red prawn, boletus and Iberian ham croquettes + salad of vegetables with goat's cheese and red fruit vinaigrette
Main course of your choice: Angus steak with Pedro Ximénez | Barbecued pork ribs | Fish (grilled belly or cod)
Dessert: Paparajotes or rice pudding
Drinks included (beer, soft drinks and water)
Children’s menu
Ham croquette, spectec, potatoes and olives + chips + main course (nuggets, hake or lasagna)
Dessert (ice cream or tarta de la abuela) and 1 drink
Tickets for this options are priced €45 for adults and €22 for children.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance on the Terra Natura website, or at the ticket office on the day of your visit.
