March 1 St John’s Passion by Murani in Totana
A Lent performance in the parish church of Santiago el Mayor in Totana
Two free concerts are being given over the weekend of 28th February and 1st March featuring the Passion of St John by composer Juan Miguel Murani, whose stellar musical career continues to this day.
The second of these concerts is on Sunday 1st March at the church of Santiago el Mayor ion Totana, starting at 20.30. The music is played by musicians belonging to the Region of Murcia Symphony Orchestra (OSRM) accompanying the Vox Musicalis and Diatessaron choirs, all under the direction of conductor Tomeu Quetgles-Roca.
