Fraskito, Lola Rodríguez and Eugenio De la Rosa perform “A Compás del Alma” at the Escuela de Música in Yecla
The 23rd season of free “Aula de Conciertos” musical events in Yecla comes to a close on Saturday June 21 with a performance of “A Compás del Alma” by guitarist and vocalist Fraskito, accompanied by Lola Rodríguez and Eugenio De la Rosa, at 19.30 at the local music school at Calle de España, 12.
Like all concerts in this cycle, which is organized by the Town Hall department of Culture and the Asociación de Amigos de la Música de Yecla, the audience is limited to just 90 people. With this in mind, prior bookings can be made by telephone on 968 752485 on weekdays from 16.30 to 20.30 or by email at administración@amigosmusica.com. Amy remaining seats will be made available on the evening of the show, with admission free of charge.
Fraskito is a flamenco vocalist and guitarist from Elche in the neighbouring province of Alicantem and with the help of Lola Rodríguez and Eugenio De la Rosa providing percussive hand claps he will be running through some of the highlights of his career so far. These include numbers such as Opus Caló, Llévame, Mi Sueño, Camino de Agua, La Venta del Cruce and Isabel.
After the Interval he will be performing favourites by other artists including Remedios Amaya, Guadiana, Enrique Morente, La Negra, Jorge Pardo and Nani Cortés.
