In the eyes of many Pat Metheny is simply the best and most influential jazz guitarist of the last 50 years, and San Havier is delighted and proud to welcome him back.
A magnificent improviser and innovator of his instrument, his work as a composer is so extraordinary that it has given rise to a new way of understanding the guitar in jazz. Winner of more than 20 Grammy Awards, a feat unmatched by any other guitarist worldwide, Pat Metheny presents his Side-Eye project on his fourth visit to the shore of the Mar Menor, featuring a group of highly acclaimed young musicians revisiting and revamping some of his best compositions, as well as new tracks created specifically for this tour and featured on his latest album.
The new album, titled “Side Eye III +”, has been hailed as his most important studio album in the last six years
