July and August 2025 Enjoy a romantic dinner with live music in the courtyard of Lorca castle

One of the most popular ways to enjoy the warm summer nights in Lorca

Among the many events held during the summer at the Fortaleza del Sol, the castle of Lorca, one of the favourites in recent years has been the chance to enjoy a romantic dinner at the Las Caballerizas restaurant within the castle walls accompanied by live music on the warm summer nights of July and August.

The unique setting of the main courtyard of the fortress allows diners to enjoy the à la carte menu beneath the Torre Alfonsina, and in the summer of 2025 this opportunity is available on Thursdays and Saturdays during July and August, with the exception of 30th August.

Dinner begins at 21.00 and the music starts an hour and a half later.

The musical entertainment provided is as follows:

5th, 12th and 31st July, 2nd August: Vocalist Moly Mai

3rd, 10th, 19th and 26th July, 16th August: Piano fusión with José Andrés Mondéjar 

17th and 24th July, 7^th, 9^th, 14^th, 21^st, 23^rd and 28^th August: Saxophone music with Eloy Quinto.

Bookings should be made online here, selecting the date desired, with the evening priced at 29.95 euros per head (14.95 euros for the children's menu). On the night of the dinner simply present yourself at the main reception of the Fortaleza del Sol.
