July 10 Free concert by Trepacerros in Lorca
The music begins at 21.30 in the Pasaje del Convento in Lorca
The “Lorca Emergente” series of open-air concerts featuring talented young bands continues on 10th July with a show by Trepacerros in the Pasaje del Convento (outside Bar Sojo), beginning at 21.30.
The members of this group are from the north of the huge municipality of Lorca, namely the villages of Coy, Avilés and Doña Inés, as well as from the city, and they first got together four years ago. Since then they have been making their own funk, rap, blues, rock and folk music, with lyrics full of satire and humour and almost always drawing on agricultural and rural life.
The 2026 Lorca Emergente concerts are organized by the Town Hall of Lorca and Hostelor, the association of bar and restaurant owners in the municipality.
For more visiting information, local events and news contact the tourist office at the Palacio de Guevara (telephone 968 441914) or go to the home page of Lorca Today.
