January 17 The Playlist of our Lives in Jumilla!
Music to jog the memory with José Antonio Abellán at the Teatro Vico in Jumilla
José Antonio Abellán arrives at the Testro Vico in Jumilla on 17th January to present “Hilos de Plata”, subtitled “The Playlist of our Lives”, a collection of old hits which will ring bells to anyone who has been tuning in to Spanish radio over the last 50 years or so.
It is often said that there is a perfect song for every important moment in your life, including the worst, and this is an attempt to reach the hearts of the audience via their ears with a collection of stirring numbers. Prepare to explore your memory as if the musicians are hacking into it, just as might happen if you’re in an airport, a shop or a bar and suddenly THAT song begins to play!
The show begins at 19.30 on Saturday 17th January with tickets available online here at between 12 and 20 euros – but hurry, not many seats are left!
For more local news, events and visiting information please contact the tourist office (telephone 968 780237, email oficinaturismo@jumilla.org) or go to the home page of Jumilla Today.
