January 10 An evening of soul, rock and local talent in Jumilla!

The international artist Soul Teller hosts the evening at the Teatro Vico in Jumilla

The Teatro Vico in Jumilla is hosting an unusual evening’s entertainment on Saturday 10^th January, when Miguel Ángel Julián, better known by his stage name of Soul Teller, hosts an evening of musical entertainment in which he incorporates the talents of locals in the show.

During a career spanning more than 30 years Soul Teller has been something of a pioneer of soul music in Spain, and in international circles has worked with such prestigious artists as Aretha Franklin and Joe Cocker. He has also shared the stage with singers Bonnie Tyler and Paul Carrack and currently resides in London.

Joining him on stage, among others, are the members of the Ana Dance school in Jumnilla, the Jumillana Canticorum choir, the Coro Rociero Sha Sha Vámonos and the El Losao de Santiago choir, while other musicians taking part include José Luis Lencina, Vicente Calabuig, Juan Diego Gómez, Iván Escudero and Juan and Jorge Martínez: a great chance to see the very best of local musical talent sharing the spotlight with a great artist!

The show begins at 20.00 on Saturday 10^th January with tickets available online here at between 8 and 12 euros – but hurry, not many seats are left!
