February 7 Free paddle yoga sessions in Los Alcázares

Join in the relaxation on the Mar Menor at the Playa de Manzanares

Among the activities being held in Los Alcázares during February are two paddle yoga sessions beginning at 10.30 and 11.30 in the morning of Saturday 7th at Playa Manzanares, alongside the fishing jetty, both of them directed at participants over the age of 18.

The activity is free of charge and registration can be completed either via the regional tourist board website online here (or here for the 11.30 shift), or by contacting the local tourist office (Avenida 13 de Octubre nº 8, telephone 968 575756, email turismo@losalcazares.es). Participants should gather in the Plaza de la Pescadería 15 minutes before the start.

If you own a wetsuit you are advised to bring it along - it's not obligatory, but it may help you to feel more comfortable!

Should you book a place and then find you are unable to attend, please inform the organizers at least 24 hours beforehand so that others can take your place.
