February 15 Free classical music chamber concert in Los Alcázares
The music of Franz Schubert at the Town Hall of Los Alcázares
The 2026 “Intermezzo” series of free classical chamber music concerts, the seventh time it has been organized, begins in the Salón de Plenos of the Town Hall on Sunday 15th February with a selection of expressive and introspective pieces from the 19th century by Franz Schubert.
On this occasion the musicians are pianist Carlos Santo and Rumen Cvetkov on viola, accompanied by programme organizer Darlin Dyle on violin, cellist Christophe Morin and Andrea Rescaglio on double bass.
The concert begins at 20.00 with a programme which includes “The Trout” and the “Arpeggione” sonata, two of the masterpieces of the great composer who was born in Vienna in 1797 and died in his home city just 31 years later. These concerts are generally extremely well attended, so make sure you arrive in plenty of time to guarantee yourself a seat!
