February 6 National drag queen contest in Aguilas
The annual spectacle graces the stage of the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas
Although the main parades of Carnival have not yet begun, some of the events have been brought forward in the programme for 2026 and on Friday February 6 the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena on the seafront hosts the glamour and spectacle of the national Drag Queen competition.
The show begins at 22.00 with hosts Carolina Sobe and Kiko Hernández and tickets, priced at 15 and 20 euros are available online here! Should any seats remain unbooked (which seems unlikely at present!) they can also be reserved at the archaeological museum and the Casa de la Cultura or at the auditorium box office one hour before the curtain rises.
