February 27 The Ignis String Quartet in concert in Caravaca
Classical music at the recently re-opened Teatro Thullier in Caravaca de la Cruz
The Ignis String Quartet came about as the merging of two generations: four young musical talents and one established classical maestro, namely cellist Marek Jerie of the famous Trío Guarneri in Prague.
After months of guidance from Jerie, the young musicians consolidated their reputation at the Interpretation Courses Litomyšl Festival in the Czech Republic and the Mendelssohn Musikwoche in Switzerland, enchanting audiences with the blend of fiery youth and amature experience in their playing.
This concert at the Teatro Thuillier in Caravaca begins at 20.30 with tickets priced at 10 euros and available online here.
