February 1 to 28 Art and Alzheimer exhibition in Jumilla
Ana del Alto exhibits her work at the Ethnography and Natural Science Museum in Jumilla
Ana del Alto is a 39-year-old who suffers from genetic Alzheimer and has dedicated a large amount of her time and effort to her artistic career since she was diagnosed 10 years ago.
The 28 oil paintings on canvas and glass which are on display were created with degree 4, 5 and 6 of Alzheimer, and all were painted with the aim of enabling people to experience the condition without actually suffering it through the images Ana has created.
The “Alzheimer y Arte Unidos” exhibition can be seen at the Ethnography and Natural Science Museum in Jumilla throughout February 2025 during the following opening hours:
Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 20.00
