December 28 San Silvestre Green Christmas run in Yecla
A 1.5-km run to raise funds for the Yecla branch of the Red Cross
Organized by the Club Fondistas and the Town Hall, the annual San Silvestre charity run takes place in Yecla on Sunday 28th December, riasing funds for the local Branch of the Red Cross.
This is a non-competitive race over a distance of kilometres in the town centre, accompanied by other activities for all the family, and indeed runners are encouraged to join in groups or enter as complete families.
Registration costs 5 euros per person with all funds donated to the Red Cross, and is available online here or in person on the day of the event, which begins at 11.00 in the Plaza Mayor.
