Business as usual for Seguro Parking despite recent Alicante Airport disruption
Drivers can continue to enjoy the same hassle-free airport parking service they've relied on in Alicante and Murcia for more than 15 years
Anyone flying to and from Alicante Airport this summer can continue booking with confidence after Seguro Parking confirmed its popular meet-and-greet service is operating as normal.
The long-established airport parking company has returned to its original fully licensed premises following a brief disruption during its planned move to a larger site earlier this year.
Seguro Parking has been serving customers at Alicante Airport since 2009 and says the move back to its original location ensures it can continue offering the same reliable service that thousands of travellers have come to rely on.
For customers, nothing changes.
Drivers are still met by a member of the Seguro Parking team at Alicante Airport, hand over their vehicle and keys, and head straight to check-in without the stress of searching for a parking space or waiting for a shuttle bus. Vehicles are then taken to the company's fully insured, secure storage facilities before being returned to the terminal ready for the customer's arrival home.
The company explained that its recent relocation attracted unexpected attention as Alicante City Council began reviewing airport parking facilities established in recent years. Although operations were briefly interrupted, the issue was resolved almost immediately and services resumed the same day.
Seguro Parking has now decided to concentrate on its original licensed site, which it plans to continue improving over the coming months to make the experience even better for customers.
The company says the relocation back to its original premises is expected to be completed by mid-August and that day-to-day operations will continue without interruption throughout the process.
It's reassuring news for the many expats and regular travellers who rely on the service throughout the year.
Customer Stuart Parvin said: "Seguro never let me down. My car was always waiting for my arrival and was collected as soon as I arrived at the airport. Emails were answered promptly and the website was easy to make bookings on."
